A Juno AI product · School ERP for India

Your school already has the data.
It just lives in eleven registers.

Ednova™ puts admissions, attendance, marks, fees, transport and payroll on one record — then hands the office a screen, the parent a phone, and the family a printed receipt that still says the same thing next year.

Hindi and English throughout. Works on the office desktop and the class teacher's phone.

What it replaces

One record instead of four copies of the truth

Most schools do not lack software. They have a fee package, a spreadsheet for marks, a WhatsApp group per class, and one person who knows where everything is. The cost is not licences — it is reconciliation.

Instead of

The attendance register

Marked once, on a phone, by the teacher standing in the room — and the parent knows before the second period.

Instead of

The fee receipt book

Gapless serial numbers, a receipt that keeps the figures it was issued with, and a statement a parent can hand an employer.

Instead of

Four WhatsApp groups

Announcements that reach the right class, in the right language, and record whether they arrived.

Instead of

The marks spreadsheet

Entry, review and publish — with a correction trail, so a changed mark is a recorded decision, not an edit nobody saw.

The catalogue

Thirty-nine modules. Switch on what your school runs.

Every module is independently licensed and independently gated. A school without a bus never sees transport; a school without a hostel never configures one. Turn a module off and every door closes with it — the menu, the deep link, the API and the printed page.

Three surfaces

The same record, wherever it is read

Not a web app with a companion. Every feature that belongs on a phone is on the phone.

For the office

The desktop

Admissions, fees, payroll, timetabling and reports — the work that needs a keyboard, a wide screen and a printer.

For teachers and families

The phone

Attendance, homework, marks, fees and the bus. Android and iOS. Works on a weak signal and catches up when it returns.

For the family's file

The printed page

Receipts, report cards, admit cards and certificates. A reprint says what it said the day it was issued — not what the ledger says today.

Who it is for

Four people open this, and they want four different things

A school system that only serves the office gets used by the office alone. Everyone below has their own screen, in their own language, on the device they actually hold.

Principal

Knows without asking

  • Attendance, collection and results in one view
  • What needs approving, in one inbox
  • A record of who changed what, and when
Office

Closes the day cleanly

  • Fees, receipts, concessions and the day book
  • Admissions from enquiry to enrolment
  • Payroll, expenses and statutory exports
Teacher

Spends the time on teaching

  • Attendance in the room, on a phone
  • Marks entered once, reviewed, published
  • Homework, a question bank and a printed paper
Parent

Is told, not chased

  • Absence, fees and results as they happen
  • The bus, live, on the morning it matters
  • Pay online; keep the receipt

Built for India

The details that decide whether it works on a Monday

Hindi and English, everywhere

Not a translated menu over an English product. Every screen, every notification and every refusal message has been written in both.

DLT-registered SMS

Templates written to pass DLT registration, with the header and template ids a school registers under its own name.

UPI and every Indian rail

Online fee collection through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking — with reconciliation and a receipt at the end of it.

WhatsApp that a parent reads

Meta Cloud API with approved templates, because a fee reminder in a WhatsApp thread gets read and an SMS often does not.

DPDP-ready by design

A consent record, an export path, a legal-hold register, and retention windows that actually delete — including for applications from children who never joined.

History that survives a dispute

Records keep their versions. When a mark, a fee or a bus assignment changes, the school can still say what it was, when, and who changed it.

Getting started

Live in a term, not a year

The order matters, and the long pole is not the software. SMS sender registration with the telecom regulator takes weeks, so it starts on day one while everything else runs in parallel.

Week 1

Your school, set up

Classes, sections, subjects and staff. We import your existing student list — you do not retype it.

Week 1–4

Messaging registration

SMS sender and templates go to the regulator. Started first because it is the only step nobody can hurry.

Week 2–3

Fees and the modules you chose

Fee structure, concessions and instalments, then transport, hostel or whatever else your school runs.

Week 4

Families onboard

Parents get the app. We train your office in person and stay on the phone for the first fee cycle.

Pricing

Per student, per year. No setup fee.

Indicative pricing for launch. Final quotes depend on student count and which modules you switch on.

Questions schools ask

The ones that come up before the demo ends

Who owns our data?

Your school does. You can export it at any time, and if you leave you take it with you. We keep records only as long as your own retention settings say — including applications from children who never joined, which most systems keep for ever.

We already have fee software. Do we have to replace it?

Modules switch on independently, so you can start with attendance and communication and leave fees where they are. Most schools move fees across at the start of the next session rather than mid-year, and we plan the cutover around your billing cycle.

Our teachers are not comfortable with software.

The teacher's daily job is three taps on a phone in the language they choose. Everything that needs a keyboard lives with the office. We train on site, and the first fee cycle is run alongside you rather than handed over.

Do parents need a smartphone?

No. Every notification that matters also goes by SMS, so a family with a basic phone still hears about an absence, a fee due or the bus. The app adds convenience; it is not a requirement for a child's parents to be informed.

What happens to a report card or receipt after it is issued?

It stops changing. A receipt reprinted next year shows the figures it was issued with, and a report card prints the grading scale it was published under — not today's. That sounds like a detail until a parent brings a printed copy to an argument.

Is it available in Hindi?

Yes, throughout — every screen, every notification and every error message, on web and on both mobile apps. Each user picks their own language, so the office can work in English while a parent reads Hindi.

Talk to us

See it against your own school's week

A demo is 40 minutes and we would rather you brought a real problem — last term's fee reconciliation, or the morning the bus was late — than watch a feature tour.
